Citation, commencement and interpretation2.
These Rules come into force on 6th April 2017, except for—
(a)
rules 8(5), 9, 10 and 13(3), which come into force on 28th February 2017; and
(b)
rules 5(1) to (9), 6, 7 and 13(1) and (2), which come into force on 6th March 2017.
