The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 25(7)(a) and 117(9)(a) of Schedule A1 to the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 19921, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Recognition and Derecognition Ballots (Qualified Persons) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into force on 1st October 2017.
Amendment to the Recognition and Derecognition Ballots (Qualified Persons) Order 20002
For article 4 (persons specified by name) of the Recognition and Derecognition Ballots (Qualified Persons) Order 20002 substitute—
