Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 58(1) and (2) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 19811 and section 194(1) and (2) of the Greater London Authority Act 19992, makes the following Regulations.
The Secretary of State has consulted with such representative organisations as thought fit in accordance with section 61(2) of the 1981 Act.
