Regard to the fire and rescue plan25.
(1)
The chief fire officer must in exercising the officer’s functions have regard to the fire and rescue plan of the Authority in which the officer is employed.
(2)
In this article “fire and rescue plan” has the meaning given in Schedule A2 to the FRS Act 2004.
