14. In paragraph 4A of Schedule 2, for “2, 3, 4, 7 to 13, 16 to 20, 21, 22 and 24 to 33” substitute “2 to 4, 7 to 13, 16 to 22, 24 to 28XG, 28XJ, and 29 to 33”.
