Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 28(1) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 20041, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Services (Appointment of Inspector) (England) (Revocation) Order 2017 and comes into force on 26th July 2017.
Revocation of appointment2.
The Fire and Rescue Services (Appointment of Inspector) (England) Order 20132 is revoked.
