Her Majesty, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 2(2) and 13(2) of the Child Abduction and Custody Act 19851, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into force on 20th July 2017.
Revocation of the 2011 (No. 2) Order2
The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 20112 is revoked.
Amendment of the 1986 Order3
In the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 19863, for Schedules 1 and 2, substitute Schedules 1 and 2 as set out in the Schedule to this Order.
