33. In regulation 25(1)(b) of Part 4 (refusal of application) in the Payment Accounts Regulation 2015(1) for “the Money Laundering Regulations 2007” substitute “the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017”.
