The Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 201292 is amended as follows.

In article 13(1) (combination of polls) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—

an election in England for the return of a mayor as provided for in an order made under section 107A93 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009,

In Schedule 4 (combination of polls) in paragraph 1(2) in the modified version of section 15 of the Representation of the People Act 1985—
a
in subsection (1)(d) after sub-paragraph (v) insert—

an election in England for the return of a mayor as provided for in an order made under section 107A of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009,
b
in subsection (3)(a) after sub-paragraph (vi) insert—
