Challenge of voter36

A person must not be prevented from voting by reason only that—

a

a candidate or the candidate’s election or polling agent declares that he or she has reasonable cause to believe that the person has committed an offence of personation, or

b

the person is arrested on the grounds that he or she is suspected of committing or of being about to commit such an offence.
