Amendment of Schedule 4 to the 2016 Regulations

5.  In Schedule 4 to the 2016 Regulations, for “the Co-ordination of Regulatory Enforcement (Enforcement Action) Order 2004”, substitute “the Co-ordination of Regulatory Enforcement (Enforcement Action) Order 2009”(1).
