Schedule 3 is amended as follows.

Sections 165 and 1678A

Section 165(2) has effect as if for “Parts 1 to 3” there were substituted “Parts 1 and 2”.

Section 167(1) has effect as if for “Parts 1 to 3” there were substituted “Parts 1 and 2”.

In paragraph 10, in Schedule 4 as there modified, omit the heading to Part 1 of the Schedule.
