Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 19609

In paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (further provision as to orders relating to commons)28—

a

in sub-paragraph (2)(a), at the end insert “or the relevant person”, and

b

after sub-paragraph (2), insert—

In sub-paragraph (2), “relevant person”, in relation to any land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that land.
