Building (Scotland) Act 200332

In section 53 of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 (Crown application)51—

a

in subsection (5)(b), at the end insert “or the relevant person”, and

b

after subsection (5), insert—

In subsection (5), “relevant person”, in relation to any land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that land.
