In section 131 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (application of road traffic enactments to Crown roads)38—

in subsection (7)(a)(i), at the end insert “or the relevant person”, and

b

after subsection (8), insert—

In this section, “relevant person”, in relation to any land to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that land.
