In rule 3 (forms to be used for the purpose of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907)—
(a)
in paragraph (1) after “Act” insert “which is not accompanied by an application for designation as a private fund limited partnership under that Act”;
(b)
“(3)
The form in Part 3 of the Schedule must be used for any application for the registration of a limited partnership under the 1907 Act which is accompanied by an application for designation as a private fund limited partnership under that Act.
(4)
The form in Part 4 of the Schedule must be used for any application for designation as a private fund limited partnership under the 1907 Act which does not accompany an application for registration of a limited partnership under that Act.”.
(3)
For the Schedule substitute the new Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
