4.— (1) In article 21(1) of the Order(1) (dealing in investments as agent), after “securities” insert “, structured deposits”.

(2) In article 25 of the Order (arranging deals in investments)—

(a) in paragraph (1)—

(i) omit “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (b);

(ii) after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

“, or

(d) a structured deposit,”;

(b) in paragraph (2), for “or (c)” substitute “, (c) or (d)”.

(3) In article 37(a) of the Order (managing investments), after “security” insert “, structured deposit”.

(4) In article 53(1)(b)(i) of the Order (advising on investments) after “security” insert “, structured deposit”.]
