(1)
Subject to paragraph (2), the amount prescribed for the purposes of section 149(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 is £36,000.

In Greater London the amount prescribed for the purposes of section 149(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 is £44,200.

In this article “Greater London” has the same meaning as in section 2 of the London Government Act 19632.
