The Combined Authorities (Mayors) (Filling of Vacancies) Order 2017106 is modified as follows.

In article 4(d)—
a
omit “or” at the end of paragraph (ii);
b
insert “or” at the end of paragraph (iii);
c
after paragraph (iii), insert—
iv
the mayor ceasing to hold office by virtue of section 63 of the 2011 Act.
