Amendment of the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001 U.K.

18.  In regulation 49 of the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001 (precluded Class 3 contributions)(1)—

(a) in paragraph (2)—

(i) in sub-paragraph (a), omit “, bereavement allowance”; and

(ii) in sub-paragraph (b), omit “bereavement payment or”; and

(b) in paragraph (3), omit “, bereavement allowance”.
