The Immigration (Health Charge) (Amendment) Order 2017

Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 38(1) and (3) and 74(8) of the Immigration Act 20141.
In accordance with section 74(2) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
