PART 3Permission in principle: general

Prescribed period for the purposes of section 70(2ZZC) of the 1990 Act7.

For the purposes of section 70(2ZZC) of the 1990 Act the prescribed period for a permission in principle F1—

(a)

granted pursuant to article 4 is 5 years; and

(b)

granted following an application to the local planning authority is 3 years.
