Paragraphs 1 to 13, 24 to 27, 29 and 30 of Schedule 19 to the 2013 Act4, and section 49 of that Act insofar as it relates to those paragraphs, come into force in relation to Northern Ireland on 1st February 2017, so far as not already in force.
