The Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2017

Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25(1) and 272(7)(a) and (b) of the National Health Service Act 20061.
In accordance with section 25(3) of that Act, the consultation prescribed in regulations made under that section has been completed2.

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into force on 1st April 2017.

Amendment of Article 4 of the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 20132.

In article 4(1) of the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2013 (directors of the trust)3 for “4 executive directors” substitute “5 executive directors”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order amends the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2013, which established the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust.

Article 2 increases the number of executive directors of the trust from 4 to 5.
