3.—(1) Schedule 4 of the Land Registration Rules 2003(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In form W—
(a)omit (a);
(b)in (b) for “any other” substitute “a”; and
(c)before “to that disposition” insert “where consent”; and
(d)for “under” substitute “is required by”.
(3) In form X—
(a)omit (a);
(b)in (b) for “any other” substitute “a”;
(c)before “to that disposition” insert “where consent”; and
(d)for “under” substitute “is required by”.
(4) In form Y omit—
(a)“or private registered provider of social housing”; and
(b)“(as modified, in the case of a private registered provider of social housing, by section 179 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008)”(2).
(5) In form KK—
(a)after “lease”, insert “of property in Wales”;
(b)omit “[choose whichever bulleted clause is appropriate]”; and
(c)omit “the Regulator of Social Housing”.
Schedule 4 was substituted by rule 4 of S.I. 2008/1919 and forms W, X, Y and KK were substituted by paragraphs 31 and 33 of Schedule 1 to S.I. 2010/671.
