The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 22(9)1 of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 20152.
In accordance with sections 22(10)3 and 161(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
