Amendment of the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 201216
Schedule 8 (all applicants: matters that must be included in an Authority’s scheme – other matters), is amended as follows—
a
in paragraph 7 (information and evidence), in sub-paragraph (7)(a) after “the Caxton Foundation” insert “, the London Emergencies Trust, the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund”;
b
in paragraph 9 (duty to notify changes of circumstances), in sub-paragraph (7)(b), after “13 weeks” insert “or where the absence is from Great Britain, which exceeds or is likely to exceed 4 weeks”.
