In the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Communications Data) Order 201026, in Schedule 2, in Part 1—
a
for the entry in column 1 for “The Independent Police Complaints Commission” substitute “The Independent Office for Police Conduct”; and
b
in the corresponding entry in column 2 for “Commissioner or Director” substitute “Director or equivalent grade”.
