The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25(1), 272(7)(a) and (8)(a) of the National Health Service Act 20061.
In accordance with section 25(3) of that Act, the consultation prescribed in regulations made under that section has been completed2.
