The Education (Student Fees, Awards and Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2017

The Secretary of State for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 2 of the Education (Fees and Awards) Act 19831, sections 22, 42(6) and 43(1) of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 19982 and sections 24(6) and 47 of the Higher Education Act 20043 makes the following Regulations:
