The appropriate authority must ensure that the compensatory measures taken pursuant to regulation 36(2) are notified to each of the following (other than the appropriate authority itself)—
a
the Secretary of State;
b
the devolved administrations.

In this regulation “appropriate authority” is to be construed in accordance with regulation 36(3).
