In Schedule 2 to the Petroleum Licensing (Exploration and Production) (Landward Areas) Regulations 2014 (model clauses for petroleum exploration and development licences) M1, in paragraph 22A (prohibition on hydraulic fracturing in protected areas in England and Wales), in sub-paragraph (2)(a)(ii), for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
