30. In Schedule 2 to the Lancashire County Council (Torrisholme to the M6 Link (A683 Completion of Heysham to M6 Link Road)) Order 2013 (requirements)(1), in sub-paragraph (5) of paragraph 5 (landscape and ecology), for the definition of “European protected species” substitute—
““European protected species” has the same meaning as in regulations 42 (European protected species of animals) and 46 (European protected species of plants) of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017.”.
