3. In section 10 of the Conservation of Seals Act 1970 (power to grant licences)(1), in subsection (4A), for “regulation 43 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 45 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
