12.—(1) The Lancaster Port Commission Harbour Revision Order 1994(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2 (interpretation)—
(a)omit the definition of ““operator”, “telecommunications code” and “telecommunications code system””;
(b)insert in the appropriate places—
““electronic communications code” means the code set out in Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003;”;
““operator of an electronic communications code network” has the meaning given in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 17 to the Communications Act 2003;”;
(c)in paragraph (d) of the definition of “statutory undertaker”, for “a telecommunication code system” substitute “an electronic communications code network”.
