References to telecommunications apparatus

1. In the instruments set out in the first column of the Tables in Parts 2 and 3 below, in the provisions set out in the third column, for—
(a)“telecommunications apparatus as defined in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 2 of the Telecommunications Act 1984”;
(b)“telecommunications apparatus as defined in Schedule 2 of the Telecommunications Act 1984”; or
(c)“telecommunications apparatus as defined in Schedule 2 to the Telecommunications Act 1984”,
as the case may be, substitute “electronic communications apparatus within the meaning given in paragraph 5 of the electronic communications code set out in Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003”.
