In clause 1(1) of the model clauses in the Schedule to the Offshore Gas Storage and Unloading (Licensing) Regulations 2009(1), in the definition of “the Minister”, for “Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change” substitute “Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy”.
The Schedule was amended by S.I. 2016/912, reg. 14.
