4. In section 114A(2)(a) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (power to apply Act to officers of the Secretary of State etc)(1), for “the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills” substitute “the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy”.

Section 114A was inserted by section 85 of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (c. 16) and amended by S.I. 2007/3224, Sch. and by S.I. 2009/2748, Sch. Other amendments have been made to section 114A which are not relevant to this Order.
