There are transferred to the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy all property, rights and liabilities to which the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills is entitled or subject at the coming into force of this Order (other than property, rights and liabilities transferred by article 9(2), 11(3) or 12(2)).

There are transferred to the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy all property, rights and liabilities to which the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change is entitled or subject at the coming into force of this Order.
