Transfer of functions to the Secretary of State for Education U.K.

10.  The function of the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills under regulation 3 of the Charities Act 2011 (Principal Regulators of Exempt Charities) Regulations 2013(1) is transferred to the Secretary of State for Education.
