This Order may be cited as the Education (Designated Institutions) (England) (No. 3) Order 2016 and comes into force on 30th September 2016.

Designation of institutions2.
The institutions listed in the Schedule to this Order, being institutions which appear to the Secretary of State to fall within section 129(2) of the Education Reform Act 1988, are designated as institutions eligible to receive support from funds administered by the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
