The Rule Committee, in exercise of powers conferred by section 26(1) of the Care of Churches and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1991(1), makes the following Rules:

1991 No. 1. Relevant amendments were made by section 45 of the Clergy Discipline Measure 2003 (2003 No. 3) and section 4 of the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016 (2016 No. 1).
