SCHEDULE 11 U.K. AIR TRAFFIC SERVICE EQUIPMENT – RECORDS REQUIRED AND MATTERS TO WHICH THE CAA MAY HAVE REGARD

PART 3 U.K. Matters to which the CAA may have regard in granting an approval if apparatus in accordance with Article 206(6)

1.  The purpose for which the apparatus is to be used. U.K.

2.  The manner in which the apparatus has been specified and produced in relation to the purpose for which it is to be used. U.K.

3.  The adequacy, in relation to the purpose for which the apparatus is to be used, of the operating parameters of the apparatus (if any). U.K.

4.  The manner in which the apparatus has been or will be operated, installed, modified, maintained, repaired and overhauled. U.K.

5.  The manner in which the apparatus has been or will be inspected. U.K.
