The owner of an unmanned aircraft required by Article 6(1) or (2) of the Unmanned Aircraft Implementing Regulation to be certified must not cause or permit that aircraft to be flown unless the owner has first registered that aircraft in accordance with Article 14(7) of that Regulation.

Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) is guilty of an offence.
