Issue of aerodrome safety directives for national licensed aerodromes213.
(1)
The CAA may issue a directive (“an aerodrome safety directive”) to a national aerodrome licence holder if it has determined the existence of an unsafe condition at a national licensed aerodrome which requires immediate action.
(2)
An aerodrome safety directive must contain, as a minimum, the following information—
(a)
details of the unsafe condition;
(b)
the actions required and the rationale for requiring them; and
(c)
the time limit for compliance with the required actions.
