The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16(1)(a) and (5) and 17(2)(b) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992.

 In accordance with section 16A(1) of that Act, the Secretary of State has published a draft of the proposed order in the prescribed manner. 1 This Order may be cited as the Ada National College for Digital Skills (Incorporation) Order 2016 and comes into force on 8th August 2016. 2 There is established a body corporate called “Ada National College for Digital Skills”, for the purpose of establishing and conducting as from the operative date a new educational institution of that name. 3 The operative date in relation to the further education corporation established by this Order is 9th August 2016.
