The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required to carry out or to facilitate, or is incidental to, the authorised development.

This article is subject to paragraph (2) of article 21 (compulsory acquisition of rights), paragraph (8) of article 27 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development) and article 37 (Crown rights).
