The Civil and Criminal Legal Aid (Financial Eligibility and Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2016

The Lord Chancellor makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7, 17A and 25(8) of, and paragraph 3B of Schedule 3 to, the Access to Justice Act 19991 and sections 21(2), 23(1), (2) and (6), and 41(1) and (2) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 20122.
