Abolition and transfer of functions E+W

7.—(1) The West Midlands integrated transport area is dissolved and the ITA is abolished.

(2) On the abolition of the ITA—

(a) its functions, and

(b) its property, rights and liabilities,

are transferred to the Combined Authority.
