The Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2016

The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 20161, make the following Order:

Citation1.

This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2016.

Commencement2.

Sections 4, 9 and 11 of the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016 shall come into force on 16th May 2016.

This Order brings into force sections 4, 9 and 11 of the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016 with effect from 16th May 2016.
